- Prices are for advance reservations only.
- 10.5% tax is not included in any rate quoted and must be paid on arrival along with any balance due.
- A One-Third deposit is required to reserve any apartment and may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal check, cash, or money order. When there is not enough time for personal checks to clear (usually 2 weeks) another form of payment is necessary. Balance due should be paid on arrival.
- Check-in time: 4:30pm to 8pm Check-out time: 10:30am
- Although every effort will be made to secure the apartment you wish at the time of reservation, sometimes we may have to substitute an equal or better unit.
- Weekly rates are available (Sun. to Sun.).
